Evolution 101: Fundamentals & Introductory Exercises
You know most of the choreography for Pilates Mat exercises and about working from the core. What you don’t know is how these exercises can transform your own body. Come to a weekend course that teaches you 27 Fundamentals plus Mat, Standing and Circular Pilates moves that using the Tye4, our wearable harness that gives resistance and connection, can transform your body and ultimately your clientele’s.

Evolution 201: Matwork, Standing, & Circular Pilates
A weekend course that prepares you to teach the Classic Pilates mat exercises along with Standing & Circular Pilates moves. Learn a 21st century workout for people at all levels and leave ready to teach a Pilates exercise non-apparatus program to any group.
Concentration 101: Pilates Apparatus
A 10-week course that meets for 4 hours weekly in addition to observation, self-practice, and student teaching hours. The program teaches the Classic exercises on the Reformer; Cadillac (Trap Table); Chair and Auxiliary Equipment. This is a mentoring experience where you learn how to train a real life clientele in an actual studio environment. Our approach gives you the training you need to teach a varied clientele with confidence using the most evolved technique. Concentration 101 Manual and The Body Biz included.
